Snow/Ice (Yellow)
Finnmark: From late Tuesday evening locally difficult driving conditions on the mountain passes in East-Finnmark due to precipitation as snow above 200 m. From Wednesday evening locally difficult driving conditions in the whole area due to precipitation as snow and rain mixed below 100 m, locally temperatures around 0 degrees, and precipitation as snow above 100 m. Be aware on local variations in precipitation type and temperatures dependent on cloudiness and precipitation intensity. From Thursday afternoon to Saturday afternoon precipitation as snow above 200-400 m, lowest snow line during the night, possibilities for sub freezing temperatures below 200 m.
Some journeys may have longer travel time. It can be locally difficult driving conditions. Allow some extra time for transportation and driving. Use tires fit for winter conditions and use caution while driving.

There have been large amounts of rainfall the previous days. In Møre and Romsdal some heavy showers are expected on Tuesday, which may give rise to new water flow up to yellow level in some smaller rivers and streams. The water flow is still high after the weekend's rainfall in several lakeside watercourses in Sogn and Fjordane. Here the water flow is decreasing, but still above yellow alert level. Keep away from rivers and streams with high flow. Emergency authorities must be prepared for the fact that building and infrastructure in general may be subject to serious incidents.

Lowest snow line in Ofoten. From late Thursday morning to Saturday morning occasionally snow showers above 300-600 m, lowest snow line in Ofoten.

Troms: Late Wednesday evening and early Thursday morning locally difficult driving conditions are expected due to precipitation as snow and rain mixed below 200 m, and precipitation as snow above 200 m. From late Thursday morning until Saturday morning snow showers are expected above 300 to 500 m, lowest snow line during the night.
Some journeys may have longer travel time. It can be locally difficult driving conditions. Blowing snow at higher altitudes causes reduced visibility and possibly convoys and/or closed roads. Blowing snow causes reduced visibility and possibly convoys and/or closed roads. Allow some extra time for transportation and driving. Use tires fit for winter conditions and use caution while driving.
